Dr. Jill Ash DDS
Dr. Jill Ash was born in Great Falls, Montana, and moved to Roseville, Minnesota, in 1977. She graduated from Alexander Ramsey High School in 1980, ranking in the top 1% of her class. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology, graduating with honors from Hamline University in 1984, before receiving her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry in 1988.
For more than three decades, Dr. Ash has enjoyed building lasting relationships with her patients and helping them achieve healthy, confident smiles.
Outside the office, Dr. Ash and her husband, Brian, live in Roseville. They are the proud parents of two grown children and grandparents to four grandsons and four granddaughters. When she isn’t caring for patients, she enjoys spending time with her family, attending her grandchildren’s hockey, soccer, and lacrosse games, gardening, and biking with Brian.
Lisa - Office Manager
Lisa brings a unique combination of experience and compassion to Valley Creek Family Dentistry. As both a Licensed Social Worker and a former Licensed Dental Assistant, she possesses an understanding of patient care. She excels at listening to patients, and ensuring their individual needs are met.
As Office Manager, Lisa keeps the practice running smoothly while supporting both our patients and our dental team. Her background in social work, combined with her clinical dentistry experience, allows her to approach healthcare with kindness, empathy, and a genuine desire to serve others.
Lisa enjoys getting to know our patients and helping make every visit to Valley Creek Family Dentistry a positive experience. Her friendly personality, attention to detail, and commitment to others make her an important part of our team.
Lisa cherishes time with her family and her lively crew of pets, including her beloved basset hound and cats. She is an avid reader, gardener, and enthusiastic hiker who loves exploring the outdoors.
Kim - Licensed Dental Hygentist
Kim and her husband Justin live in Cottage Grove with their two children Corbin and Rosie. In her spare time Kim enjoys gardening and spending time with her family and their two dogs Bella and Josie. Kim is also known to be the local dog sitter with as many as seven dogs visiting at any given time.
Kim’s favorite quote is, “Attitudes are Infectious”.
Abby - Licensed Dental Hygentist
As a dedicated dental hygienist, Abby is passionate about promoting lifelong oral health through compassionate care, patient education, and preventive dentistry. Committed to creating a comfortable and welcoming environment, strives to help every patient feel confident, informed, and supported throughout their dental experience.
Abby’s mission is to improve overall wellness by empowering patients with the knowledge and care they need to maintain optimal oral health for life.
Molly - Licensed Dental Hygentist
Hello! I’m Molly, a personable and engaging dental hygienist who values building meaningful connections and creating comfortable experiences for others, especially in a dental setting. Prior to pursuing dental hygiene, I worked as a nanny, which strengthened my ability to provide compassionate, attentive care for all ages.
Sammi - Licensed and Registered Dental Assistant
Outside of the office, Sammi enjoys spending time with her husband and their two dogs, four cats, and six chickens. In her free time, she also enjoys gardening, golfing, reading, and spending time outdoors.
Allison - Licensed and Registered Dental Hygentist
Allison is a Registered and Licensed Dental Assistant with more than 20 years of experience. She is passionate about helping patients feel comfortable and cared for, and she enjoys making every dental visit a positive experience. Her compassionate nature and dedication to patient care make her a valued member of our team.
Allison lives in Cottage Grove with her husband and their four children. Family is at the center of her life, and she enjoys spending as much time with them as possible. Summer is her favorite season, and you’ll often find her outside tending to her garden. She also enjoys crafting and building LEGO creations with her kids.
Alie - Licensed Dental Hygienist
Alie has been part of the Valley Creek Family Dentistry family for over 22 years—as a patient of Dr. Ash before becoming a valued member of our team.
She is a graduate of Century College, earning her Registered Dental Assistant, Licensed Dental Assistant and Licensed Dental Hygienist credentials. Before joining Valley Creek Family Dentistry, Alie gained valuable experience as an oral surgery assistant. Today, she enjoys caring for patients in both assisting and hygiene roles, helping each person feel comfortable, informed, and well cared for.
Outside the office, Alie enjoys spending time with her husband, Sean, and her five children. She also loves hunting, fishing, gardening, and making memories with her family.

Having been a longtime patient herself, Alie understands firsthand what it means to receive compassionate, personalized dental care. She strives to provide every patient with the same comfort, kindness, and exceptional experience that has made Valley Creek Family Dentistry feel like home to her.
Jennifer - Scheduling Coordinator
Outside the office, Jennifer enjoys hiking, running, traveling, and spending quality time with her family.
Leslie - Scheduling Coordinator
Outside of the office, Leslie loves spending time with family and friends, visiting parks, and enjoying the outdoors.
Neysa - Scheduling Coordinator
Neysa graduated from the Minnesota Institute of Medical and Dental assisting with a Licensed Dental Assistant degree. She worked in Oral Surgery before joining our team fourteen years ago as one of our Business Assistants. Neysa loves utilizing her vast knowledge of dental Insurance and is always willing to help patients understand their dental insurance plans. She is an invaluable asset to our team. Don’t be surprised if she greets you by name when you come to our office!
Neysa has been married to her Mr. Fix-it Jack for 36 years and has two grown children Amanda and Matt. In her spare time Neysa enjoys spending time with her family, working out and the Fine Arts that Mps/St. Paul has to offer.
One favorite part of her job is providing patients the experience of good dental care and the feeling of a great smile. She loves getting to know her patients and building long term relationships.

Kelly Jo - Scheduling Coordinator
Meet Kelly Jo. Behind her beautiful smile is a woman who is passionate about getting to know all of our patients while making sure they receive excellent service and attention from our Practice. Kelly Jo brings twenty plus years of dental experience to our team. Kelly Jo is a proud member of the American Association of Dental Office Mangers. She also enjoys speaking on the subject of “Creating Smiles with Excellent Customer Service” to Dental Assisting and Hygiene students at local colleges.
In her time away from the office, Kelly Jo enjoys time with her family in the outdoors, sporting events, reading and continually learning. One of Kelly Jo’s favorite quotes is, “Challenges make Life interesting, but overcoming those challenges makes life meaningful.”
